CLEANING SERVICES

Pivot FM’s approach to keeping your building clean ensures your residents are proud of where they live – we offer our clients a fair price for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.

PFM addresses the most common problems in residential and commercial cleaning: we are focused on keeping turnover of staff low, providing a high level of supervision, improved language skills, and high quality cleaning products and equipment.

OTHER SERVICES

Pivot FM’s service delivery team provide oversight for each of its projects. The team surveys each building, creates preventative maintenance schedules, and then reports to the Owners Corporation monthly on its performance. Our strict policies, code of conduct, procedures and reporting around asset management prevent things being missed.
