Brad has more than 15 years of experience Facilities Management – ranging from the highest quality residential apartments, luxury island resorts, CBD hotels and commercial offices – with specialties in building management and risk assessment, security, and maintenance.
Brad is somewhat unique in that he spends a significant portion of his week, ensuring Pivot delivers a high-quality service to all clients, and including detailed, on-the-ground support for Pivot staff. As Pivot’s experienced leader, Brad is always looking for the better way, to continuously ensure Pivot is a world-class service provider.

Armed with more than 10 years of business development and customer service management experience, Michelle uses her extensive background in the hotel and tourism industry, to ensure Pivot is always in front of the curve of client needs and expectations. She is highly proficient in all aspects of facility customer service, issue reporting and property inspections.

We are very proud of having Emin on the Pivot team. He comes with over 25 years of Facility Management experience across many fields.
His prior experience as a Building Manager of one of Melbourne’s most prestigious properties (along with his enthusiastic and approachable demeanour) arms him with the knowledge and experience to deal with Owners Corporations, contractors and committees alike.
As the General Manager of Operations, Emin is a natural leader. Emin spends most of his time on staff development and training of our future leaders in facilities management.
Vince brings many years of Building Management experience working within high-risk environments. Vince has extensive experience within the fields of building management and cleaning. Vince ensures all Pivot FM staff are competently trained, upskilled and conform to today’s high compliance standards.
Originally coming from a trade background, Vince’s knowledge of assets and plant equipment makes him a very resourceful operations manager that building managers call on for advice.
Tharaka has progressed through the Pivot ranks since joining the team nearly 5 years ago. His experience in the cleaning industry complements his can do attitude and leadership attributes seamlessly. If something needs to be cleaned, Tharaka knows how to do it.
